Solicitation of essential medical devices has become the need of the hour, especially, in rural areas and small towns. As cases are gradually on the rise leading to the inundation of patients, more essential medical equipment can ameliorate the services that local government centres are offering. Bearing this in mind, we were fortunate to acquire two oxygen concentrators (5 liters each) which were distributed to two panchayats we work in Wayanad District, Kerala.
One was donated to the first line covid treatment centre at Thirunelly grama panchayath, while the other was donated to a Primary Health Care Centre of Tavinhal grama panchayath. Thanks to Mr Mani James, Anantha Desikan and Young India Culture group, USA for their generous donation.
